I begun with the Silhouette trying to find what would work for this character.
This was my character Research page that gave me a good foothold for the rest of the project
Dr. Crow Recko was an idea of what if the plague that he was trained to teach instead of killing him when he became infected it mutated him into a bulbous puss filled monster that the town drove out and over the cliffs.
This was one probably where my start for drawing characters really took off. I was in a Course at Colorado Mesa University that gave me complete freedom for what I wanted to do with my time. I took those 6 months to create characters weekly from start to finish. This was the first character i created for the course and used in another for a animation hybrid that incorporated live action, animation, and stop motion. Though the animated piece was not my favorite the character i made for it was one i have always been proud of.
